We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Principal at School Of Enablers. The Principal will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the school community, including students, faculty, staff, and parents.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement innovative educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Recruit, hire, and retain qualified faculty and staff members.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders.
- Promote a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively to support educational goals.
- Lead professional development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of faculty and staff.
- Implement data-driven strategies to monitor student progress and achievement.
- Serve as a visible and active presence within the school community.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- M.Ed or equivalent advanced degree in educational leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in education, with previous leadership experience preferred.
- Possession of any other relevant leadership certifications or qualifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and social justice.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
